Welcome to Big Oak Bay Property Owners Association, Inc. on Lake Tyler East. We are a private community located on the Southwest side of Lake Tyler East at the end of CR 229 (Big Oak Bay Road).

 

The Big Oak Bay Property Owners Association, Inc., was established on November 19, 1971, consisting of 135 lots in a residential planned subdivision. This private community is comprised of full and part time property owners who enjoy the advantages of a private community on Lake Tyler East!
